All Chapman students and some Chapman faculty and staff can use WebMail to access their Chapman email accounts over the web

Chapman faculty and staff who have mailboxes on the Chapman Exchange Server can use Outlook Web Access (OWA) to access their Chapman email accounts over the web.

  • Use your Chapman email username and password to login to WebMail ( or OWA if you have an Exchange mailbox)

  • If you access your email from your own computer, as opposed to a public access computer such as a library or lab computer, you will get much better performance if you use a dedicated email IMAP client program such as Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Outlook Express, or Mozilla Thunderbird.

  • You may already have Micosoft Outlook or Outlook Express on your computer. You can also download instructions for configuring Microsoft Outlook, or Microsoft Outlook Express from our Self-Help page.

  • If you have an Chapman Exchange mailbox, follow the instructions for configuring Microsoft Outlook as an Exchange client.

  • If you prefer to receive your Chapman email through another account, you can easily Forward Your Email.

  • If you have questions about your username and password(s), please view our Password Help page.

If your questions are not answered here, please call the Help Desk at (714) 997-6600.
