General Assembly 2007

Each year, the Office of Church Relations sends several Chapman DOC representatives to General Assembly to show Chapman's presence in the church, to recruit, and to share ourselves with the church community.

We add to the life of the General Assembly in several ways:

Chapman Luncheon

Share our Lunch Feast with us!

Chapman Booth

Share the Feast at Chapman's own beach café!  Come play in the sand, throw around a beach ball, and drink coffee with Chapman's Disciples on Campus representatives, just like a day at the beach.  Chapman students believe in community and discipleship, and we want to show you how we embody that daily, so stop by our booth in the Exhibit Hall and see what we're about.

The Wider Assembly

Our students also participate in the life of the General Church and at General Assembly as ushers and youth leaders, as members of wider church ministries such as the Student Ecumenical Partnership (STEP) and the Young Adult Commission, and as active members of their churches and voices in general church decisions.  Join us, July 21-25, and Share the Feast!
