Chapman’s reputation as a student-centered University depends upon the ability to provide individual attention and a caring attitude. This commitment to excellence requires that the University provide a high level of individual service, maintain a safe campus, incorporate outstanding academic programs and services, and be attuned to the needs of its students and employees. Do you have ideas or suggestions on how Chapman University could improve efficiency and move towards excellence? Whether you are a new member of the Chapman community and feel awkward making a suggestion or a member that has been with Chapman for some time and would like to share a great idea, then this suggestion box is here for you. The Chapman Community Suggestion Box is a way to communicate your ideas to individuals who will listen and share the information with Administrators. Thoughts, ideas, feedback, and suggestions are welcomed. This suggestion box is open to all members of the Chapman community with the sole purpose of improving the quality of the Chapman experience and of building a sense of community among support staff, faculty, administrators, and students. However, this should not be used to file complaints as there are other mechanisms on-campus that serve this purpose. Please use this form to submit your suggestions, and ideas. Your submissions will remain anonymous, but if you would like a personal reply then please provide your name, phone number, and email address. All suggestions and ideas will be moderated and replied to on a weekly basis. To avoid duplication, we will be creating a webpage that will allow you to check for a response and view suggestions contributed by other members of the Chapman community. We want to remind you that should you want to report inappropriate actions or misconduct, you can do so using our Ethics Point hotline. Suggestions that fall into the following areas will be taken into consideration:
