• Launched the first Chapman Community Suggestion Box
• Launched the Chancellor’s Staff Advisory Committee website

2007-2008

• Implemented the first Chancellor’s Staff Retreat
• Developed & implemented Staff Forums
• Developed the Chapman Community Suggestion Box
• Met with Behzad Binesh, Controller, to discuss the use of Dashboard and submitting reimbursement requests electronically in the future.

2006-2007

• Accepted responsibility for implementing the Staff & Faculty Holiday Jubilee
• Proposed & created the Chancellor’s Staff Retreat
• Met with Brenda Dunbar, Director of Human Resources, to discuss a variety of issues including staff salary and promotion.
• Discussed starting safety training classes for staff with Public Safety.
• Added conference rooms to the global distribution list to increase calendaring efficiency.
