Eich earned second team honors while Bartel and McMorris – the first female All-America goalie at Chapman – were named honorable mention. Eich is Chapman’s career leader in goals with 198, and ranks second in school history in assists (104) and steals (199). In 2006 she finished second on the team with 47 goals, 64 steals and led all Panthers with 117 earned ejections. Bartel’s honor is her first and caps a career resume that ranks third in school history in goals and first in steals. She led the team in 2006 with 67 steals, for the second year in a row. McMorris becomes the first Panther goalie to earn All-America honors after setting a new Chapman mark with 250 blocks and ranking among the nation’s top-10 in blocks per game.
