ORANGE, Calif. – Chapman University sophomore Jennifer Manship has been selected to NCAA Division III All-America team, as voted on by the Association of Collegiate Water Polo Coaches. The utility player was named to the second team and becomes the eighth player in school history to earn the award. Manship set a new school record for goals in a single season with 103 goals in 2007. She ranked No. 4 in the nation (Divisions I, II, III and NAIA) in goals and tied for fourth in goals per game with 3.4. She added 21 assists, 85 steals and led the team with 56 earned ejections. Nine times this season, the sophomore scored five or more goals in a game, including a career-high eight goals against Utah (Club) in February. In just two seasons, Manship already ranks third in school history with 139 career goals. She is just 57 goals shy of the all-time Chapman mark.
