PRESIDENT DOTI PRESENTS BASEBALL SENIORS WITH DIPLOMAS

ORANGE, Calif. – Five Chapman University seniors were not present at Saturday’s commencement festivities at the Anaheim Convention Center. They were helping the Chapman baseball team win the NCAA Division III West Region championship. On Monday, Chapman University president James Doti presented the seniors with their diplomas in a private ceremony on campus.

Dr. Doti presented seniors John Alexander, Brian Brubaker, Tyler Dean, Buddy Klovstad and Billy Sulentor with a diploma on the steps of Chapman’s Memorial Hall.

“Thank you for representing Chapman so proudly and good luck in Appleton,” Doti said, addressing the seniors.

The Chapman baseball team will depart for the Division III championships on Wednesday morning. The Panthers open play on Friday against Eastern Connecticut State at 10 a.m. (cst).
