The junior outside hitter has played a large role in Chapman winning six of its past seven matches, including its past four in a row. Davis, who averaged 2.0 kills per game in the Panthers' first 20 matches, is averaging 3.7 kills per game in the last seven, including six consecutive matches with 10 or more. In those matches, Davis has 88 kills and has raised her hitting percentage 38 points (.169). She set a career-high with 19 kills versus U.C. Santa Cruz at the La Verne Tournament last weekend, where Chapman finished 3-1.
