They don't get much better than the three games Zine has had at the plate during Chapman's 3-0 start. The leadoff hitter is 9-for-14 (.643) with five doubles and six runs scored, and is one of many reasons the Panthers are batting .438 as a team and averaging over 15 runs per game after three games. Zine also accomplished a rare feat when he collected five hits - including three doubles - in Chapman's 19-6 win over Pomona-Pitzer on Tuesday, becoming just the sixth player in Chapman's Division III history to do so.
