The junior middle blocker etched her name into the Chapman record books with a all-time match-high 29 kills in the Panthers’ five-game win over Claremont on Friday. She also had 16 kills in a three-game sweep of Occidental on Saturday and 20 kills in a sweep of Pomona-Pitzer on Tuesday, giving her 65 kills and a .442 hitting percentage for the week. Felger leads the team with 270 kills on the season and a .387 average. The three wins last week pushed the Panthers’ winning streak to five – their longest of the season – and an overall record of 11-7.
