STUART HYMAN Baseball
The senior designated hitter spent the month of March on an offensive tear as the Panthers didn't lose a game. Hyman hit safely in eight straight games, during which time he batted .577 (15-for-26) with 10 RBI and seven extra-base hits. In Chapman's two-game sweep of defending national champion Kean (N.J.), Hyman had five hits and four RBI. And in the Panthers' 11-3 win over UMass-Dartmouth, the senior was 3-for-5 and was a triple shy of hitting for the cycle. For the season, Hyman is second on the team with a .381 average and .619 slugging percentage, helping Chapman to a No. 1 ranking in the nation.
