Women's Tennis

Feeling no pressure as the women's team's No. 1 seed as a freshman, Lewis has instead risen to the occasion, posting a 4-1 record in her first five singles matches this season. Lewis is currently ranked No. 7 in the West Region, having earned that on the merit of reaching the semifinals at last fall's NCAA West Regionals tournament. Lewis has also posted a 4-1 record in doubles play this Spring with freshman partner Kelley Fox. Their success has led a resurgence of women's tennis at Chapman, currently 3-2 - after having won four matches as a team in 2007.
