Athlete of the WeekApril 11, 2006
Opponents have had a difficult time keeping Jennifer out of the goal in the last 10 games. In her first 16 games, the freshman aided an already potent Chapman offense with a respectable 10 goals. But in her last 10 games, she has become the offense, scoring 22 goals, including four goals each against Cal State Monterey Bay and Cal Maritime -- both Panther wins. She is one of four Chapman players (two of which earned All-America honors in 2005) with over 30 goals this season, totaling 32 goals, 13 assists and 44 steals. The Panthers are 14-14 with four games to play before the Western Water Polo conference championships. |
