Nicole Hurst has impeccable timing. The senior forward scored the game-winning goal in overtime to beat Kenyon College (Ohio) on Sunday at Ernie Chapman Stadium. And Hurst has made a habit of winning games over the last few years. It is the second game-winning goal Hurst has scored for the Panthers already this season and the fifth of her career. The win gave the Panthers a 4-0 start to the season for the second straight year. Hurst was one of five Panthers to reach double-digits in points in 2003 and she currently ranks second on the team with two goals.
