President, Sunny Banihashemi
Sunny, a Bay Area native, graduated from the University of California, Santa Barbara in 2008 with a B.A. in Business Economics. Upon graduating, Sunny moved back to the Bay Area and began working for EAH Housing, a nonprofit property management and development company serving low income families. Sunny's time with EAH sparked her interest in Real Estate, leading her to move back to Orange County to receive her MBA with an emphasis in Marketing. She is currently a Listing Coordinator at Teles Properties, a residential Real Estate company serving Los Angeles and Orange counties. In her spare time, Sunny enjoys cooking, hiking, traveling, tennis, and yoga. |

Executive Vice President & Chief Knowledge Officer, Nick Kantaria
Nick Kantaria graduated from University of California, Irvine in 2008 with a B.A. in Political Science. Upon graduation, Nick started his own entertainment company and printing brokerage firm. He works with various restaurants, lounges, and nightclubs in the tri-state area.
Nick has a strong passion for marketing and is a true entrepreneur by spending his spare time developing and growing his secondary business ventures. When he's not focused on his career, he likes to play basketball, tennis and watch professional sports.

Vice President, Finance, Michael Cruz
Michael A. Cruz obtained his Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from California State University, Fullerton in 2008 before becoming an MBA candidate at Chapman University in 2010. Michael currently works as an Auditor for the U.S. Department of Homeland Security. In the course of his work, he audits various importers for compliance with appropriate trade laws and regulations. Michael has an interest in the area of mergers and acquisitions, and would like to explore that area after obtaining his MBA from Chapman University. As Vice-President of Finance on the MBAA Board, he hopes to contribute to the overall student experience by keeping the MBA program's finances in line, and finding more efficient ways of allocating budget resources. In his spare time, he likes to ride his motorcycle on scenic routes to unwind and have some fun. |

Vice President, Operations, Nick Gaudiot
Nicolas graduated from the University of California, Riverside in 2008 with a B.S. in Business Administration emphasizing in Operations Management. After graduating, Nicolas moved to Massachusetts to help in the operations management of a warehouse for the logistics arm of Deutsche Post World Net. Upon displaying talent in the area of warehouse management he was selected to be a part of the company's accelerated management program. Nicolas is currently a flex-MBA student with an emphasis in Finance. Some his hobbies include tennis, fishing, and hiking. |

Vice President, External Relations, Allison Takeda
Allison graduated from California State University, Fullerton with her Bachelor of Arts, Single-Subject Teaching Credential, and Master of Arts in English. After working for Score Educational Center and Placentia-Yorba Linda Unified School District, she decided to switch career paths and transition into business which led her to Chapman University's MBA program. Allison has a passion for children and ensuring their future is bright. As the Volunteer Coordinator at the Child Abuse Prevention Center, she is responsible for recruiting volunteers for the cause as well as in kind donations. In whatever free time she has left, she spends it with her dog, Ellie, watching baseball, or relaxing in front of a movie screen. |

Vice President, Social Activities, Rob Ruiz
Rob Ruiz graduated from the University of Southern California's Marshall School of Business with a Bachelor's of Science in Business Administration where he was also Co-Captain of the Varsity Track and Field Team. He is currently employed in a mid-level management position at a software development company globally headquartered in Costa Mesa, California, Tickets.com, a subsidiary of Major League Baseball Advanced Media. He directs a team of project managers who are responsible for the implementation of all of the company's products and services. Rob has over a decade's worth of diversified experience in operations, service delivery, project and product management, IT service management, and operational support. He is a part of the 2012 Executive MBA class and is also proud to serve on the board of directors for the Orange County Chapter of the National Society of Hispanic MBAs. When he's not networking or focusing on his work, Rob spends as much time as possible with his family and friends.
