The MBA Student Life

Student Life

A comprehensive orientation during the initial on campus week-end residential affords the opportunity to develop life long relationships that go beyond graduation. These relationships are further strengthened by team projects and study groups throughout the program. In addition, the Argyros School enjoys a diverse make up in its student population. Over 25% are foreign nationals representing countries in Europe, South America, Southeast Asia and the Middle East.

MBA Association

mba_bbqThe MBAA is the student organization committed to enhancing the Chapman MBA and EMBA experience by providing opportunities for academic, professional, and social advancement. The Association sponsors social events, speaker series, career workshops and other activities of interest to the student population. As an advocate of the Graduate students, the Association works with the Argyros School administration to provide a forum for the exchange of ideas and feedback that may contribute to the growth and improvement of the school.

MBA Alumni Society

All MBA and EMBA alumni are encouraged to become a member of the MBA Alumni Society.  Its mission is to promote the advancement of the best interests of the ASBE, by providing fellowship and promoting the furtherance of professional relationships among alumni, students, faculty, staff and friends of the Society.

The key objectives of the MBA Alumni Society include:

  • Driving Chapman University and the ASBE toward achieving its goal to attain preeminence in graduate business education among the nation's top-ranked institutions.
  • Offering specific help to alumni and students seeking job placement within their professions.
