Opened in August 2006, the MBA Career Management Center located in the Argyros School of Business and Economics, Beckman Hall 305, is committed to providing the business community with access to our talented MBA and EMBA candidates. Employer Job Postings

Gives employers direct contact with students when talent acquisition needs arise in their organizations. We would be glad to post positions on behalf of your organization

Resume Book

Profiles 2008 is the resume book of MBAs, EMBAs and alumni. Designed specifically to assist Orange County businesses identify candidates to fit their staffing needs for full-time and internship positions

Biz Snapshots

Informal information sessions between the host employer and MBA/EMBA candidates conducted from 5:30-7:00 p.m. on campus. Topics include: company/industry overview, management philosophy, company culture, career opportunities and career paths for MBA and EMBA candidates. A great opportunity for businesses to market their organizations and to recruit our students

Dinner for Eight

An informal dinner hosted by a local businessperson to share their personal successes, challenges and “lessons learned” during the course of their career with a select number MBA/EMBA candidates

Day-on-the-Job Program

Job shadowing activity designed to give MBA/EMBA candidates a first-hand look into a company’s management of daily operations by visiting a site, regional office, or corporate headquarters in the Orange County area

Mentor Business Associates Program

Through a number of planned events and informal interaction between Mentor Business Associates and MBAs during a nine month cycle period, students gain valuable insight to professional success whether entrepreneurial or Fortune 500, public or private, regional or global. We are always seeking leaders from the Orange County business community to become Mentor Business Associates and to work one-on-one with an MBA/EMBA candidate
