Mexico, Maquiladora Experience (Econ 411)

Lead by Professor Don Booth. He took 30 undergraduate students to Tijuana and Tecate.  Students visited several companies in the maquiladora region and received presentations from political figures and academics. The purpose of the trip was to better understand the cross border trade and the economic development of Baja Mexico.  The group was in Mexico for two days and one night.
