Personal Activities/Interests:

I am a classically trained vocalist, an avid half-marathon runner. I also enjoy all literature and most poetry, and am interested in national and global health issues and politics. My activities and position at Chapman include Student Athletic Advisory Council President, Gamma Beta Phi Honors Society Secretary, Student Scientific Society President, Commissioner of Justice, Founding Social Chair and House of Representatives member for the American Medical Student Association, Laboratory Assistant for Dr. Kenneth Sumida involving Physiological Studies, National Science Teacher Association SCOPE Magazine Contributing Author,  Cross Country and Track Captain, Mock Trial Member and Most Promising Trial Lawyer, Awardee of an American Heart Association Internship and Truman Scholar Nominee

Goals After Graduation:

As I seek reception of a medical degree, a juris doctorate and a public health degree, I am planning on entering a joint graduate program pursuant to any of these ends. I would like to become a genomic patent lawyer, a federal health administrator or the senior health advisor to the World Health Organization.
