Adrienne completed her doctorate degree at USC in Educational Leadership and Administration and was recruited to reform a struggling K-8 school in the Inglewood school district.  After three years, she was recruited by Montgomery County Schools in Maryland to improve student achievement.  After five years, Adrienne decided to return to Southern California and married Kenneth Wright, of Red Bank, New Jersey.

Adrienne continues to provide educational consultation to individuals and institutions.  She also volunteered to participate in Chapman University Alumni activities to reconnect with the university and create stronger ties with the Chapman community.  Most recently, Adrienne has started her own business, The Bride's Concierge, to which she dedicates much of her time.
