Diane E. Uehlinger received her BS in Finance and Marketing at Chapman University in 1980. She joined Chase Home Finance affluent lending group ‘Personal Financial Services’ in October of 1982. Currently, Diane is Divisional Sales Manager for the Estate Properties Group, in addition to managing Chase’s residential loan office in Newport Beach. Prior to establishing the Estate Properties Group in 2001, Diane was branch manager for the firm’s Downtown Los Angeles, Pasadena and Torrance offices. Diane has been noted with an annual ranking of the top 2% of loan officers nationally.
At Chapman University, Diane is a member of the Alumni Association Board of Directors and has served on the Board of Counselors for the George L. Argyros School of Business and Economics since 2002. Additionally, Diane serves on The Waltos Group “Future Women in Business Scholarship” selection committee which is sponsored by Northwestern Mutual Financial Network; this scholarship is awarded annually to a Chapman University student. Demonstrating her lifelong passion for education and to honor her parents, in 2004 Diane established the Doris and Warren Uehlinger Endowed Professorship in Business Management.
Diane also maintains a strong connection to the community as a docent for the Orange County Museum of Art and a weekend docent (since 1999) for the Santa Ana Zoo.
