Are there any seniority privileges for residence halls?

A:
Students get to choose their rooms based on current rank through room draw. i.e. Seniors get to pick first, then Juniors and Sophomores. Freshman rooms are selected for them based on their Resident Hall Survey. However, a certain amount of rooms are set aside for new students prior to room draw.
