Projects with Faculty

Student-Faculty Research:  Faculty across the disciplines actively pursue research projects in their fields, and students have the opportunity to become part of a research team, gaining valuable experience in collaboration, investigation, and the formation of new knowledge.  Student researchers may apply for the Chapman University Student Research Grant.

Faculty research teams require different levels of preparation.  Learn more about current research projects and requirements for applying.

Faculty-Mentored Research:  In both courses and independent study, students can expand their research experience and present their results at local and national conferences.  Faculty-sponsored student researchers are eligible to apply for Faculty-Sponsored Student Scholarly/Creative Grants.
