Proctoring Service
The Center for Academic Success administers tests for students who need to take exams for correspondence or distance learning. Tests are scheduled based on availability in our test rooms and are not scheduled at all during our finals week, usually the middle of December and the middle of May.
To schedule a test:
- Call Carole Wayman at 714-628-7386 or email her at cwayman@chapman.edu to arrange a time that is acceptable.
- Let your school know the proctor information so they can send the exam to us:

- The day of the test, bring:
- Photo ID
- Check for $25 made out to Chapman University
- Any other materials you need for the test
We will administer the exam and return it to your school per their instructions.
The Center for Academic Success is in DeMille Hall 130.
Parking during the semester for outside guests is in the parking structure and requires a Temporary permit. You may access a campus map online to help you find your way around.
