Located in Southern California, Chapman University, a private university, offers a variety of degrees and academic programs through its seven schools and colleges. In the 2008-2009 academic year, Chapman enrolled more than 6,000 undergraduate and graduate students from across the nation. Founded in 1861, the university has called Orange County home since 1954.  Chapman University’s mission: to offer a personalized education of distinction that leads to inquiring, ethical and productive lives as global citizens.
