Bone Health
The Department of Biological Sciences and the Department of Food Sciences at and the Science Teaching and Research (STAR) Institute Chapman University are conducting a study on the bone health of Orange County residents. The goal of our study is to identify persons at risk for bone loss by evaluating at bone density, nutritional status and metabolic status.
