Student Business Services

Student Business Services for Chapman University students are provided by the Business Office.

Our office is located in the Bhathal Student Services Center, located between the parking structure and the law school building.

Students, to make a payment please click on link to login into WebAdvisor.

To set up an Authorized Payer, view a tutorial on setting up an Authorized Payer.

Student Account Electronic Refunds

Chapman University offers a great service that gives YOU the opportunity to have YOUR credit balance deposited directly into YOUR bank account!

Quick - You will have access to funds sooner! No more waiting for the mail!

Secure - Direct deposit is added protection against theft or time delays from lost checks.

Convenient - Chapman University will deposit your refund directly into your bank account and send your notification of the deposit to you via email.

Students must request refunds from their advisor in the Business Office.

It's Easy

1. Login to your WebAdvisor account. For assistance, view the tutorial on setting up an eletronic refund account (PDF).

2. Register for electronic refunds.

3. Provide bank account information.

4. Provide your e-mail address.

5. That's all.

EBILLS and EPAY
As of June 30, 2005, the university no longer sends paper billing statements. You now receive your monthly statements electronically through Chapman eBill. You will receive an email to your Chapman email address when the electronic eBill is available each month! Learn more...
