Theater Performance

Ali Hill

Major/Minor:
Theater Performance/Minor in English

Year:
Junior

What is something important that you have learned while at Chapman?
While at Chapman, I have learned how to put myself out there and approach any situation with confidence. We have such a small campus and I love recognizing and knowing people on campus. It gives me confidence to do different things because I know that I will probably have a friend at the same event or whatever it may be. That's one reason why I think it's so important to get involved in any way you can!

Emily Valla

Majors:
Theater Performance and Television and Broadcast Journalism

What is something important that you have learned while at Chapman?
The most important thing I have learned at Chapman is balancing play and hard work. It is easy to get caught up in everything you have to do and forget all the great things that college has to offer. It is important to prioritize time, take care of yourself, and have fun!

Blur of fun and information!

When I was 9, all I asked for Christmas was mint chocolate and bubble wrap. I'd still be happy to get those!

Paulina Lagudi

Major:
Theater Performance

Year:
Sophomore

What is something important that you have learned while at Chapman?
I have learned a lot about friendships while at Chapman. I have learned not to expect everyone to be my best friend, but to appreciate people for their pros and cons. I have learned that there are different categories of friendship. We have friends for either seasons, reasons, or a lifetime, and that is something that my college experience so far at Chapman has taught me.

Vanessa Gorski

What is something important that you have learned while at Chapman?
What you give to Chapman, Chapman gives back to you. You can't expect your college experience to fall into your hands; you have to create it. Especially at Chapman, getting involved on campus in student government, student organizations, or greek life truly pays off with unforgettable memories and education that goes far beyond the classroom.

What is something important that you have learned while at Chapman?
One important thing I've learned at Chapman is to be yourself! As cliche as it sounds, being yourself can help you gain friends in so many different areas all around campus.
