What is something important that you have learned while at Chapman? There are so many different ways to get involved and there is always something to do! If you're ever bored, take a second to think about what you're doing to make the most of your Chapman experience. Professors genuinely care about you and your success and are always more than willing to go out of their way to help students. The library is a VERY good place to get homework done. The Caf has a way of monopolizing a lot of time (I've been in there for two hours before...)! The people here are AMAZING.

Random fun fact about yourself. Because I am under five feet and over 18 years old, I am legally considered a little person. I'm 4'11 1/2. SO CLOSE!

What is something important that you have learned while at Chapman? While at Chapman University, I have learned just how much I love and appreciate my parents. There is no doubt that Southern California is a beautiful place to live, and I have absolutely no complaints when it comes to Chapman and its surrounding communities. Who wouldnt love to live fifteen minutes from the Happiest Place on Earth? With this said, however, there truly is no place like home.
Describe Orientation in 5 words or less. A truly life-changing opportunity!
Random fun fact about yourself. I have an identical twin sister, Alyssa, who has cerebral palsy.

What is something important that you have learned while at Chapman? I have learned that you have to be open to new opportunities. It is easy to stay in your comfort zone, but it's when you step outside that comfort zone that you start to change your college experience for the better. Sometimes you will discover something you didn't even know you loved. In the end, it's the people that you meet and the experiences within those opportunities that help you grow during your college years.
Describe Orientation in 5 words or less. Informative activities with unforgettable memories.
Random fun fact about yourself. I have competed in a 10K mud run at Camp Pendleton.

What is something important that you have learned while at Chapman? In my short time at Chapman, I've learned that there will always be someone better than you. I'm from a small town and I was at the top of my high school. Here, I'm by no means at the bottom, but I'm fighting to stay in the upper middle of the pack. Chapman has allowed me to learn from these people above me and use them to help better myself and my schoolwork. Here, I'm not intimidated by the people, I ask them for help. It's refreshing.
Describe Orientation in 5 words or less. Best way to start college.
Random fun fact about yourself. I was born in Orange, CA and moved to my hometown of Red Bluff, CA when I was 3 months old. It was by chance/choice that I'm attending a school 10 minutes away from the hospital I was born.

What is something important that you have learned while at Chapman? I have learned how to manage my time wisely. College is a lot different than high school, meaning you are not sitting in a classroom for six hours a day. You have much more freedom. Therefore, this means that you will need to budget your time, make sure you are doing what you are supposed to be doing, and also give yourself time to have fun.
Describe Orientation in 5 words or less. Exhilirating, one-of-a-kind, entertaining, informative, supportive.
Random fun fact about yourself. It is my lifelong dream to be Snow White at Disneyland. I am a Disney fanatic; I have come to terms with it. I believe it comes from not being allowed to watch cartoons as a child, therefore Disney movies were on the television quite frequently. This has also contributed to my love of all things princesses and is the reason why I have collected all of the Disney Princess crowns.

What is something important that you have learned while at Chapman? I have learned a lot about everything that Chapman has to offer. There are so many different organizations on campus and no matter what your specific interest is, there is a place for you at Chapman. Everyone truly does have a special place within the Chapman community.

What is something important that you have learned while at Chapman? Sometimes, in college, you learn much more out of class, than actually in class. You learn a lot about yourself as a person, mostly with regards to relationships, time management, and most importantly, personal independence as a whole. The Chapman community has provided me the opportunity to learn such things, while still providing a classic college education.
Describe Orientation in 5 words or less. MOST MEMORABLE WEEK AT CHAPMAN!
Random fun fact about yourself. I've been to three private schools, home schooled, and then to public high school throughout my life, and all of these have been within an eight mile radius of Chapman University. Basically, I'm in love with Orange County.
