The payday prior to the Holiday Break will take place on Wednesday, December 23, 2009. All 12/1-12/15 time sheets are due in payroll by 5:00 p.m. on December 11, 2009. Please estimate the hours to be worked on 12/14 and 12/15 and include them on the timesheet due 12/11. All 12/16 - 12/31 time sheets are due in payroll by 3:00 p.m. on December 23, 2009.
*Denotes paid holidays for employees scheduled to work 20 or more hours but less than 30 hours per week. Such employees will receive four hours holiday pay for each day marked by an asterisk. Employees scheduled to work 30 or more hours but less than 40 hours per week will receive six hours holiday pay for each day on the schedule. Temporary employees, student employees and employees scheduled to work less than 20 hours per week are not eligible for holiday pay.
