The Student Employment office proudly presents the 2009-2010 Student Employee of the Year competition!

You are invited to submit nominations for this year's Student Employee of the Year (SEOTY) Award. The goal of this award is to recognize and promote the outstanding contributions and acheivements of students who effectively combine part-time work with their study commitments.

Department supervisors can recognize their outstanding student employees by submitting a nomination form. Selected student employee nominees and their nominating supervisor will be invited to attend the Student Employee of the Year Award presentation, which will be held Wednesday, April 14. This is an excellent way to recognize the student employees who are providing Chapman with superior service. So, don't delay! Please take a moment to fill out your nomination form today!

Nomination Guidelines
To qualify for eligibility, the student must have completed (or be expected to complete) at least six months part-time employment during this academic year (August 25, 2009 to May 31, 2010). Nominations may only be submitted by regular status staff, administrator or faculty supervisor supervisor.

Selection Criteria
Student nominees will be evaluated on their reliability, quality of work, initiative, professionalism, and uniqueness of contribution. The Student Employment Office must receive all nominations by Friday, March 26.
