The demands of our fast-paced, constantly changing business environment require more frequently that learning/development and HR professionals have proficiency in Organization Development (OD). Practicing OD effectively and ethically requires both art and hard science. Those skilled in Organizational Development can make measurable and far reaching contributions to the success of their organizations whether they are in a growth mode, responding to a contracting demand, or looking to lead change. The reality however, is that many professionals assuming OD responsibilities have little or no formal training and few development opportunities.

If you find yourself in this situation and are ready to begin the worthwhile journey to becoming a true OD professional - this program is for you!

Who Should Attend:

  • HR and learning/development professionals who want to build their skills and marketability by developing OD competencies.
  • External consultants who want to bring a higher level of OD expertise to clients.
  • Students who plan to enter the OD field
