He also has extensive experience teaching business courses at local community colleges and regional private and public universities. Irv is the author and instructor for this popular Leadership Development Certificate Program and always receives rave reviews from his students. His other areas of expertise in leadership development are coaching, executive retreats, strategic planning, change management, and teambuilding. Irv has been actively involved with the Center for Creative Leadership as an executive coach and is also certified on a wide variety of individual and organizational diagnostic inventories/assessments.
