Course Number: XLSE 0001 Workplace challenges and pressures have multiplied exponentially with every passing business quarter. Profit margins, employee morale, and discretionary time have all dwindled, yielding to unrelenting global competition. Never before has the need for effective leadership been more apparent at all organizational levels. Getting everyone on board so that the organization can execute notable strategies and plans will often fall to the first level of management.

In this program supervisors and emerging leaders will receive practical, proven tools to increase their effectiveness in the critical role they have within the organization.

Program Details:

• 12-week, 36-hour program resulting in 3.6 Continuing Education Units (CEUs)
• Participants receive a Chapman University Extended Education Certificate
• Classes are held once a week in 3-hour sessions
• Program cost is $1,275.00 per participant including materials and continental breakfast
• 10% corporate discount is available to companies registering five or more employees

Instructor:

Irv Gamal, MA; has over 14 years of management experience with large national corporations and 20 years as a business consultant and organizational development expert. He also has extensive experience teaching business courses at local community colleges and regional private and public universities. Irv is the author and instructor for this popular Leadership Development Certificate Program and always receives rave reviews from his students. His other areas of expertise in leadership development are coaching, executive retreats, strategic planning, change management, and teambuilding. Irv has been actively involved with the Center for Creative Leadership as an executive coach and is also certified on a wide variety of individual and organizational diagnostic inventories/assessments.
