The Leadership Services Program of Chapman University College Extended Education partners with organizations of every size and type to develop high performance leaders at every level. Our innovative on-campus and custom on-site leadership development programs are presented by a team of talented “real world” instructors with solid business experience and specific subject matter expertise. Our certificate programs, seminars and workshops are noted for an experiential learning environment, data-driven material, and immediate results.
Our signature series includes cutting edge Leadership Development Certificate Programs for Supervisors and Managers with a third tier for Executives in development. Leadership NOW is our monthly seminar series of interactive two hour programs on current leadership development topics. Coaching Skills for Business Leaders trains leaders in practical strategies that positively impact employee engagement, team effectiveness and organizational productivity.

This 12-week interactive program meets Friday mornings from 8-11 a.m. and provides participants with practical, proven tools to increase their effectiveness on the job. - The fall session of the Leadership Development Certificate Program for Managers begins September 26 at the Irvine satellite campus. Three new modules have recently been added to the 10-week program: Change Management, Business Ethics, and Cultural Competency. To make the curriculum more relevant, participants are organized into small “learning teams” to work on actual business issues and develop action plans for individual skill development. - The fall session of the Coaching Skills for Business Leaders Certificate Program begins Thursday, October 9 at the Irvine satellite campus. In this 7-week program, leaders learn and apply coaching skills based on the core competencies developed by the International Coach Federation (ICF). The classes are highly experiential and feature professional coaching demonstrations and weekly practice sessions. Classes are held Thursday mornings from 8:30 to 12:30.
