The laboratories were established in 1976 both to train students in basic and advanced psychophysiological recording and research methods and to conduct basic scientific and clinical studies of human learning and information processing. The self-contained laboratories provide of state-of-the-art equipment for computer-controlled presentations of learning and performance studies and real-time acquisition and evaluation of performance and physiological responses obtained during the studies. Students can also obtain training in laboratory computer programming and the maintenance physiological recording equipment.
