Undergraduate Academic ProgramsThe Athletic Training Education Program (ATEP) is designed for students who aspire to obtain a Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training. The athletic training profession is a unique allied healthcare profession, where certified athletic trainers (ATCs) serve as physical medicine extenders and rehabilitation experts providing prevention, assessment, treatment and rehabilitation of acute and chronic injuries and illnesses for physically active people. The ATEP is structured for students interested in careers and/or graduate studies in a variety of complementary, health-care provider fields.
