Our Faculty

The College of Educational Studies' nationally recognized faculty specializes in key areas that affect education research and development, and disseminate their research in various ways, including sole authorship and co-authorship of books and peer-reviewed journal articles. Faculty also present their work at leading national and international conferences including the American Educational Research Association (AERA), the American Association of Colleges of Teacher Education (AACTE), the National Association of School Psychologists (NASP), the Council for Exceptional Children (CEC), and the National Association for Bilingual Education (NABE).

The faculty holds in high regard writing and presenting with their students. They take seriously their role in fostering the next generation of scholars. In the College of Educational Studies, you will find this collaborative spirit the rule rather than the exception. Faculty work closely with their students, learn together, and then share what they have learned with the professional community through their written work and presentations. The CES faculty also collaborate with their students on grants, generating nearly $7 million in grants over the past four years.
