My Chance to Give Back and Give Thanks

Mendez v. Westminster, the landmark 1947 school desegregation case, was fought by five families on behalf of 5,000 children. It was also fought for each one of us. We are the 5,001.

Chapman University and the College of Educational Studies is committed to celebrating Mendez v. Westminster and those families that changed the many lives across our great country. The goal of the MvW 5,001 Campaign is to find 5,001 individuals who wish to promote educational freedoms and opportunities for the future of all children.
