On-Campus Recruiting Program

FALL SEMESTER

ACCOUNTING RECRUITING

Every fall (September- November) the Career Development Center hosts on-campus interviews for public accounting firms seeking to recruit graduating seniors for full-time employment opportunities after graduation.

The Career Development Center utilizes Panther Connect, a web-based management tool that allows employers to manage their recruiting events including on-campus interviews and information sessions.

Additional recruiting opportunities for public accounting firms are: 

• Meet the Firms Information Sessions - Scheduled through the campus Career Development Center, MEET THE FIRMS' event is an outstanding opportunity to introduce your firm and promote your career opportunities to Chapman University accounting majors.
• Resume Drop - Not able to come to Chapman to conduct interviews?  Schedule a RESUME DROP through the On-Campus Interview Program and collect resumes from interested students.
• Open House - Is your firm hosting an OPEN HOUSE event?  If so, please contact the Career Development Center so that we can assist you with advertising your event.
• Career & Internship Fair - We sponsor one Career & Internship Fair which is open to all majors and all students.
• Internship Program - Please post your internship opportunities with us.

SPRING SEMESTER 

Early in the spring semester (February – March) the Career Development Center hosts on-campus interviews for public accounting firms who are seeking to recruit summer accounting interns.  

Utilizing our Panther Connect online system, employers are able to request and manage their interview schedules.  

The Career Development Center does not offer a general on-campus recruiting program.  Please take advantage of other recruiting opportunities such as: Guest Speaker Series / Meet & Greets, Recruiting Tables, Career & Internship Fair and Posting your part-time, full-time and internship opportunities on Panther Connect.
