Volunteer Opportunities

The Chapman University Toyota of Orange 5K Run/Walk Volunteer sign-up is now open! This year's event will be held on Saturday, October 6, 2012.

In 2011, we had over 400 volunteers dedicate their time to help make the Chapman University Toyota of Orange 5K Run/Walk a great success! You, the volunteers, are the life-blood of our event and we immensely enjoy sharing this community event with you. Thank you for your interest and we look forward to another successful year!>

This year, we anticipate over 3,500+ race participants and spectators. With the rapid pace of our race's growth, it is imperative that we turn to the community for volunteers. This year we have volunteer opportunities at the Expo, on the courses and at the start and finish lines. Each position is equally important and contributes to the overall success of our events.

While we understand you will most likely never forget your time volunteering, as a parting gift we present each volunteer with a Chapman University Toyota of Orange 5K Run/Walk commemorative race medal. Another exciting part of being a volunteer is wearing the Chapman University Toyota of Orange 5K Run/Walk volunteer t-shirt as you carry out your volunteer duties. After your volunteer shift has concluded, each volunteer is invited to take part in the Breakfast of Champions and welcome to visit the Expo Village located in the Attallah Piazza.
